一. 本校服務對象：
  二歲至六歲之兒童為限 (只招收滿二歲而未足三歲之兒童)
二. 活動時間：
  1. 星期一至五： 上午八時至下午五時卅分。
  2. 星期六、星期日及公眾假期休息。
  3. 天文台懸掛三號或以上風球或紅色暴雨警告或黑色暴雨警告時，幼兒無須回校。
  4. 如上課期間，天文台懸掛三號或以上風球時，家長須儘速接回幼兒。

  N1 ~ 二歲班
  
  N2 ~ 三歲班  
  N3 ~ 四歲班  
  N4 ~ 五歲班  
四. 費 用：
  1. 每年收費HK$67,848.00（每年於八月份調整收費）
  2. 幼兒學費分期由銀行自動轉賬過戶。(全年學費分十一個月繳付)
  3. 如中途離校所繳費用，概不發還。
  4. 家境清貧及無力負擔學費者，可申請政府之學前服務繳費資助。(只限N1兒童申請)
五. 申請手續：
  1. 申請表格可於2011年3月1日至3月4日，在辦公時間內到本校索取，或從本校網址 www.spn.edu.hk 下載；並須於3月5日親自交回本校。
  2. 申請兒童須於新學年之九月卅日前(2011年9月30日前)足二歲而未滿三歲為合。
  3. 本校待有空缺時，才約見已申請之兒童。(每年新生不超於六十名)
六. 附 則：
  1. 新學年度由八月開始。
  2. 本校不負責介紹或保送兒童入任何幼稚園或小學。
  3. 兒童退學，須於一個月前通知本校辦事處。
  4. 如需就讀半日制者，可申請「聖保祿幼稚園」，請於十月期間致電2576 3793查詢。
正就讀於本校之兒童，「聖保祿幼稚園」不會考慮取錄。(因幼兒園名額有限,本機構希望能盡量服務有全日託管需要的兒童,故無此必要的家長請考慮報讀其他幼兒園或聖保祿幼稚園)

< PROSPECTUS >
1. Age for Admission: from two (2) to six (6) years. (Enrolment for N1 only)
2. Schedule for Activities:
  i. Monday to Friday : from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  ii. Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays : no session
  iii. There will be no school on the day that typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted and RED or BLACK rainstorm warning in force.
  iv. If typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted during lesson time, parents should ensure that their children are collected as soon as possible.
3. Allocation of Classes:
  N1 ~ for 2 years old
  N2 ~ for 3 years old
  N3 ~ for 4 years old
  N4 ~ for 5 years old
4. School Fee:
  i. HK$67,848.00 per year, divided into eleven installments (fee review will take place each August).
  ii. This should be settled by auto-pay into the Shanghai Commercial Bank.
  iii. No refund will be made if a child leaves the School during the month.
  iv. Families experiencing financial difficulty may apply for aid from the Social Welfare Pre-school Fee-assistance Scheme.
5. Application procedure: (for this coming new school year)
  i. Application forms are available from 1 Mar - 4 March 2011 (office hours only) or can be downloaded from the school website www.spn.edu.hk. It must be returned on 5 March in person, after which applications will not be processed.
  ii. Only children born between 1 October 2008 and 30 September 2009 will be considered.
  iii. A child will only be interviewed when there is a vacancy. (about 60 places per year)
6. Others:
  i. The new school year will begin in August.
  ii. It is not our policy to recommend any Kindergarten or Primary School to parents / guardians, neither do we guarantee that our Nursery children will automatically be given a place in St. Paul's Convent School, Primary Section.
  iii. Advance notice of at least one month must be given in writing before a parent can withdraw their child from the School.
  iv. If parents wish their child to attend half-day school, they may apply to St. Paul's Kindergarten. Enquiries for Kindergarten places can be made from October by telephone - 2576 3793 during office hours.
No transfer from St. Paul's Day Nursery to St. Paul's Kindergarten will be allowed.
