一、

本校服務對象：
二歲至六歲之兒童為限 (只招收滿二歲而未足三歲之兒童)

二、

活動時間：

1. 星期一至五：上午八時至下午五時卅分。
2. 星期六、星期日及公眾假期休息。
3. 天文台懸掛三號或以上風球或紅色暴雨警告或黑色暴雨警告時，幼兒無須回校。
4. 如上課期間，天文台懸掛三號或以上風球時，家長須儘速接回幼兒。

三、

班級編制：
N1 ~ 二歲班
N2 ~ 三歲班
N3 ~ 四歲班
N4 ~ 五歲班

四、

費用：

1. 每年收費HK$103,015.00 (每年於八月份調整收費)
2. 幼兒學費分期由銀行自動轉賬過戶。(全年學費分十一個月繳付)
3. 如中途離校所繳費用，概不發還。
4. 家境清貧及無力負擔學費者，可申請政府之學前服務繳費資助。(只限N1兒童申請)

五、

申請手續：

1. 入讀2024-25年度N1級之申請，可於2024年3月1日至3月5日期間，經本校網頁 www.spn.edu.hk 登記及上載所需文件；報名先後不影響取錄結果，故毋需急於首日登記，如遇上網絡擠塞，請稍後於指定之日期內辦理即可。
2. 申請兒童須於2024年9月30日前足二歲而未滿三歲為合。
3. 本校待有空缺時，才約見已申請之兒童。(每年新生不超於54名)

六、

附則：

1. 新學年度由八月開始。
2. 本校不負責介紹或保送兒童入任何幼稚園或小學。
3. 兒童退學，須於一個月前以書面通知本校。 如需就讀半日制者，可申請「聖保祿幼稚園」，請於十一月初瀏覽聖保祿幼稚園之網頁：www.spk.edu.hk
4. 正就讀於本校之兒童，「聖保祿幼稚園」不會考慮取錄。(因幼兒園名額有限,本機構希望能盡量服務有全日託管需要的兒童,故無此必要的家長請考慮報讀其他幼兒園或聖保祿幼稚園)

< PROSPECTUS >

1. Age for Admission: from two (2) to six (6) years. (Enrolment for N1 only)
2. Schedule for Activities:
   1. Monday to Friday: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
   2. Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays: no session
   3. There will be no school on the day when typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted or RED / BLACK rainstorm warning is in forced.
   4. If typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted during lesson time, parents should pick up their children are collected as soon as possible.
3. Allocation of Classes:
   N1 ~ for 2 years old
   N2 ~ for 3 years old
   N3 ~ for 4 years old
   N4 ~ for 5 years old
4. School Fee:
   1. HK$103,015.00 is divided into eleven installments (fee review will take place in every August).
   2. This should be settled by auto-pay into the Shanghai Commercial Bank.
   3. No refund will be made if a child leaves the School during the month.
   4. Families experiencing financial difficulty may apply for aid from the Social Welfare Pre-school Fee-assistance Scheme.
5. Application procedure: (for this coming new school year)
   1. Application forms are available from 1 March – 5 March 2024 on the school website at www.spn.edu.hk and please upload the necessary documents as instructed online. Please take your time to fill in the application form as it is not in first come first serve basis. If the network is busy, please be patient and visit our website at a later time. Application deadline is 5 March 2024.
   2. Only applicant who reaches 2 years old but not exceed 3 on or before 30 September 2024 will be considered.
   3. Applicant will only be interviewed when there is a vacancy. (about 54 places per year)
6. Others
   1. The new school year will begin in August.
   2. It is not our policy to recommend any Kindergarten or Primary School to parents / guardians, nor we guarantee our Nursery children will automatically be given a place in St. Paul's Convent School, Primary Section.
   3. At least one month advance written notice must be given before parents withdraw their child from the School.
   4. If parents wish their child to attend half-day school, they may apply to St. Paul's Kindergarten. Enquiries for Kindergarten places can be made from November on the website of St. Paul's Kindergarten: www.spk.edu.hk
